[gnome-bluetooth] Phone not detected by gnome-obex-send

This is fixed in libbtctl SVN trunk, and will be in libbtctl 0.9. The
problem was that we didn't parse inquiry results with RSSI (which bluez
does all the time now).

Marcel sent me a patch for it, but it slipped through the cracks and
never got merged :/
