Hey,

I am having random problems with gnome-bluetooth, might also be related
to the kernel drivers though. Anyway, here is a brief description of the
problem.

Sometimes, after a suspend-resume cycle, I find these messages in my
dmesg:
[ 451.503609] usb 3-2: USB disconnect, address 2
[ 451.503753] btusb_intr_complete: hci0 urb ffff880217021a80 failed to
resubmit (19)
[ 451.504754] btusb_bulk_complete: hci0 urb ffff880217021540 failed to
resubmit (19)
[ 451.504765] btusb_bulk_complete: hci0 urb ffff880217021480 failed to
resubmit (19)
[ 451.505351] btusb_send_frame: hci0 urb ffff88023edb9a80 submission
failed
[ 451.983083] usb 3-2: new full speed USB device using ohci_hcd and
address 3

and then I get a cross sign on my bluetooth icon at the notification
area. Simply restarting the bluetooth service cures the problem. The
icon is back to normal and I have the bluetooth working. No problems.

So, the question is, is my distro at fault when doing a suspend-resume
cycle or is this a kernel btusb driver bug?

I am using kernel 2.6.38-rc8 with gentoo. Gnome-bluetooth is 2.32.
