Thanks for your answer. The two relationship types I want now are:
 1. libraries and frameworks that the project uses (should/could
this go inside programming-language?);
 2. other projects that we're compatible with;
but maybe there are others?

Could/should I use Dublin Core elements for these? Relation and Source?
