[doap-interest] Online DOAP validator available.

Hi,

I've written a DOAP validator in Python and have made it available online[1].

I'm using this RELAX NG schema[1] I wrote based on Edd's compact RELAX
schema in his IBM Developer Works articles, updated to the latest
schema, I hope.

The error messages aren't too helpful yet, it just shows lxml error
messages for now.
Hint: The number in between ': :' is the line number of your DOAP that
has the error.

Any testing and feedback would be appreciated.
