[rdfweb-dev] bugzilla update / vocab fixes

OK, weekend FOAF catchup time...

I've opened (and closed :) two bugs against the foaf:nick-related vocab.

	http://rdfweb.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=12
	Several subproperties of foaf:chat are misdeclared

	http://rdfweb.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=13
	foaf:ichatID redundant since ichat uses AIM 

These are fixed and committed to the site. MortenF has confirmed their 
sanity. Thanks to everyone who caught the (intentional ;-) error with 
the subproperty declarations.

I've also opened a new bug, 
	http://rdfweb.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=14
	foaf:chat sub-properties could be better described

...in acknowledgement that the usage details for these could be more 
clearly specified using RDFS/OWL.

Also a reminder that all bug status change message from Bugzilla get cc:'d to
rdfweb-issue-archive at vapours.rdfweb.org which I archive at 
http://rdfweb.org/mailman/listinfo/rdfweb-issue-archive just in case anyone 
cares to read it. That list is so boring that I don't list it from the 
homepage, but there is an RSS feed from the list which might be useful, 
ie. http://rdfweb.org/pipermail/rdfweb-issue-archive/rss.xml though a feed 
direct from Bugzilla would probably be more informative.
