[rdfweb-dev] Proposal: UsingDublinCoreCreator

I have written up a proposal in the wiki,

...addressing the confusion surrounding proper use of dc:creator in FOAF
and other RDF data.

My conclusion is somewhat conservative, somewhat radical: to only use
dc:creator to relate a document to a name of a creator of the document.
And to use new RDF relations (eg. foaf:maker) when we want to relate a
document to an agent that created it.

Comments here or in the wiki would be appreciated, especially from those
with implementation experience of these different modelling styles. I
plan to air this in DC fora too, but wanted some feedback from FOAF
implementors first.
