I was playing with the WWDC preview of Panther this afternoon and
noticed that there's some new fields in the address book. Namely,
there's a class of entries that link to other entries but only via text
entry field. When I added a 'partner' link and entered my GF's name and
saved the card I could jump to her card from that entry in mine.
Given the slick AddressBook.framework that apple provides I believe
that it will soon be possible to generate something akin to your
"knows" list from your addressbook data.
