I've added a keywords property to the bio vocabulary:
http://internetalchemy.org/vocab/bio/
It's a subproperty of dc:subject so RDFS-aware applications can treat
all bio:keywords as dc:subjects.
I think it fits with the goal of the bio vocab which is to provide
biographical information about a person and their achievements.
