A few more info bits to possibly include:

1. location of logs

2. list of registered users (in Jabber we have the concept of a user who 
   is registered with the room, who of course could be associated with a 
   FOAF description)

3. list of current occupants, though this would be a snapshot

4. meta-information about the room/channel (e.g., members-only,
   password-protected, encrypted)

The element name "ChatGroup" seems odd to me, since I've never heard
that term before. ChatRoom is the usual term (or channel in IRC). We
often refer to a multi-user chat protocol as "groupchat" so that might
work, too. But that's mere nomenclature anyway.

Also I might break the topic description from out of the homepage
element, since not every room has a homepage but every room should have
one or more associated topics.
