FWIW my doc at http://rdfweb.org/people/danbri/rdfweb/webwho.xrdf uses this property
of a person:

<pubkeyAddress web:resource="http://rdfweb.org/people/danbri/danbri-pubkey.txt"/>

Is this one of those things I never documented? f'shame!

A complement of this might be some way of putting the content inline. In general, 
I'm happy with pointing to a URI though...
